Good Ad and Bad ads

I am now comparing between good ads and bad ads. First of all, these are examples of good ads.

Those ads clearly show objects that they try to sell. The AAA Roadside assistance ad shows a mechanic changing a battery, indicating that they provide battery change assistance. The Sea World ad symbolizes two turtles to advertise their new Turtle Reef attraction.

And these are bad ads:

In general, these ads are really generic to look. In the case of Redondo Fun Factory ad, fonts are too mundane and their colors are too pale giving them an old look. Second one, the Pleasure Island, can deceive the viewers by its title, giving them false impression that it is a travel agency. If it is a sex toy shop, then they should be explicit by displaying female models or any of object.
