Images that I chose as sources

These are not all images that I am posting here. There are more of them. I have chosen California Condor as a research subject because of it is very interesting specie. I think I have seen them through various cartoons. They always flew in circular motion on top of someone's head. What is really scary about this creature is that it acts like a birdie version of Hyena; I mean they like to eat decaying animals.

These are the roughs for final

These are images of roughs that I was planning to make it into actual design. I haven't drawn anything on my sketchbook. I feel like I myself have rushed out because I was not sure what to do.

Some gray research website images.

Here are pictures that I post. Please enjoy.

Color Research Website

I have recently updated my website because I was frustrated with officelive.com being restrictive on user customization. Therefore I switched to new webhosting service and here is the address for my new homepage.

Good and Bad Website Examples

All right, these are each examples of both good and bad websites. Please enjoy them

Good webistes:
I like the title of the webpage, "CounterPunch" It makes people to be satisfied by reading counter argument against mainstream media. Also,by using red fonts on date and blue fonts on topics vividly shows which newses are posted on the website.

www.corpwatch.org/ Yellow and red matches well on the website layout and taps on the top are well arranged to provide website visitors clean and sharp look.

Bad websites:
http://www.lingscars.com/ Lots of flash animations distract users from looking at lists of cars. Also layout and fonts are too generic, so people may find it so boring and uninterested.

http://www.ski-utah-rentals.com/ Probably one of the worst website design that I have seen. It looks like a website for elementary school kids. Background is so dull and the domination of large buttons only give visitors impression that the site is low quality flash game website.

This is my first blog.

Hello, ladies and gentleman, this is Pokey D speaking. This is my first attempt to create my own blog. I am an animation major, but I myself is also open to subjects like graphics design and website design.
